Filter cleaning process before installation:

Placement of inlet and outlet pipes during installation
When installing pipelines, we must take into account the rationality of the design and the convenience of future use. The hose bend cannot be lower than 120 degrees. Otherwise it will affect its service life. If there is a sharp bend design, it must be replaced with a bent pipe. In addition, the hose cannot be subjected to heavy pressure and is easily deformed. In addition, try to install ball valves at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline so that subsequent operators can operate more easily. Since the electroplating solution is generally a strong acid and strong alkali liquid, we generally choose some FRPP, PVDF and PP materials for the selection of pipelines. The pipeline path should not be suspended as much as possible, and the pipeline should be designed close to the ground.
